Chunkly ("we", "us") provides Minecraft world hosting for players and friend groups. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • The email you sign in with.
  • World metadata you create in the panel (name, settings, logs).
  • Billing details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
  • A referral cookie (chunkly_ref, 90 days) when you arrive via an affiliate link. Used for last-touch partner attribution.

How we use it

We use your data to run your account, host your worlds, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve Chunkly. We never list other players' private hostnames on public pages.

Processors

We use Stripe for payments; it processes data under its own privacy terms. In this demo, your account email, worlds, and plan are stored in your own browser rather than on our servers.

Your choices

You can sign out anytime. To delete your account or request a data export, email us from the address on your account via the Contact page.
