Cancel anytime

Village and Kingdom are monthly subscriptions. Cancel from the Stripe billing portal (Manage billing in your panel, or the link on your Stripe receipt). Access continues through the end of the paid period.

Refunds

If you were charged by mistake, or Chunkly was unusable for a material part of your billing period due to our fault, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund or credit.

Routine "changed my mind" refunds after significant use of a paid plan are not guaranteed, but we will listen. Email us via Contact.

Campfire

Campfire is free and never requires a card.
