Control who can connect to your world and grant in-game moderator privileges.
1. Enabling the Whitelist
A whitelist prevents unauthorized players from joining your world. Only players whose exact Minecraft usernames are on the list can join.
Option A: Via Panel UI
Go to the Players tab in your panel. Toggle Whitelist Enabled to ON. Add usernames directly in the input box.
Option B: In-Game / Console Commands
/whitelist on
/whitelist add Notch
/whitelist reload
2. Granting Operator (Op) Privileges
Operators have permission to use admin commands like /gamemode, /tp, /give, and /stop.
- Open the Console tab in your Chunkly panel.
- In the command input at the bottom, type (without a slash):
op YourMinecraftUsername - Press Enter. You will see a confirmation message: [Server: Made YourMinecraftUsername a server operator].
- To remove op permissions later, type:
deop YourMinecraftUsername
